I Need on tire for a 700 Rim Cheap

It can be used. Money is tight at the moment, and am tired of playing the Ebay game. Anybody? I would like to get back on my bike soon. I need something that resists flats.
    Thanks.

Here in Austin, we have a thing called Frankenbike which is a swap meet. Plenty of cheap ($5-$10) 700c tires available there, mostly used but some are brand new. (There are heavily used tires too -- but they're usually cheaper or even free -- but I wouldn't suggest using them.)

In your case, where you are matters more than anything else (and you didn't tell us). Maybe your local area has something like this?

Performance Bike sells what you want for as little as $13, and it would be hard to ship you anything for less than that. Certainly, I wouldn't buy a used tire off of eBay.

http://www.jensonusa.com/store/sub/1...0&pricemax=200 Serfas ties are very good. I have two of the wire bead tires with 2800 miles and just showing a noticeable flat spot. Can't beat the price of $9.99. I've also recently bought the Serfas RS folder. Very light and smooth rolling tire but too soon to tell about length of service.

9.99 is good if you don't mind pink.

I pick up the grey trim wire bead version at REI for $24. They wear well!

I am located in Northern Baltimore County Maryland. And I don't drive. No swaps in the area. Couple Bike Shops that are high as usual.
A friend has bought used tires on Ebay and done well. It depends on who you are dealing with but I want something in the next couple days.
I have been going in thrifts for several years now. That's were all the bikes I own/have owned came from. Including this Bianchi Eros that I need the tire for.
Thanks for the responses. They have been helpful. The Serfas would be nice, but pink?
Performance looks like a good option.

Unrelated I am having trouble using Google Chrome on this site. And never had this problem before. Using Mozilla, which I don't care for.

Instead of being a clown you could add something like everybody else did.

Again thanks to the other posters.

The more I look those Pink Serfas are a good deal, and actually would work with the color scheme of the bike.
But anymore knowledgeable bargain hunter comments/links are welcomed.
