Newer rider looking to improve
I have been riding now for 3 years and thought I was prety good. I went to my first crit race last week and got droped within the first 10 min or so. What can I add to my training to improve? I have read about Pyrmids but can't find out much. Can anybody explain these?

I did a cross race long ago, I was lapped by lap 3, and decided I was probably better as a tourist,
than a competitor, and enjoy the nature at a more appreciative, pace. |
