I have a dead leg after being the middle of gale force winds and our 12ft trampoline which had been blown over our hedge. Started to pull it onto the drive when another gust of wind dragged me along the ground and gave me a dead leg

Thankfully that is all that happend to me and nothing like what has happend in the Mid-West. I can only imagine their plight.

3 days on and my leg is starting to ease and I fancy a leisurely run on my bike to see if I can ease it some more.

Is this advisable or just wait until I feel completely better?
