Ive keep getting muscle cramps. Used to be Id get real bad cramps on my sides along my ribs. Id pretty much just have to lay on the floor and wait for them to go away. Ive been trying to remember to get potasium and magnesium and it seems to help a lot until I start forgetting to get it through vitamins or fruits.
Ive also had a problem with my hands cramping. I could watch my muscles twitch along my hand on the side my pinky is on. This happens a lot while Im riding my bike. Its helped that I got gloves and Im looking into getting some bigger/squishier grips. I guess its writters cramp cause it happens when Im in class or studying too. I also used to have problems with my thumb twitching.
Today something really wierd happened. Not sure if it was a cramp or not. I was cutting some butternut squash for dinner and I got a sharp pain between my index and middle fingers right below the knuckle. It swelled up and turned red...
Ive been a huge computer nerd for at least 10 years that I remember. Could this be results of using a computer 8-20 hours a day? Carpeltunnel? Should I start doing hand stretches every day? Any other suggestions. I really need to remember to take my vitamins every day and eat more vegies.
