OK, just keep in mind that the store and the website are essentially different companies.

What I don't get is why so many are trying to defend Performance? Are they paying you to do so, or you have tendency to become too idealistic on internet forums? Face it, they are not as good as some might think. If you like quantity over quality itís fine, if you donít care for spending half a day figuring out who send you what and for what reason and talking to costumer representatives telling them your story over and over again itís all good. Iím not trying do prove you wrong. Criticizing stores/sites is beneficial for other costumers above all. This leads to competition and improvement of service from which you also will benefit.

I pretty much treat performancebike like this.
I buy a cheap Kia, it lasts 50,000 miles only, I'm pleasantly surprised. I don't complain.
I buy a mercedes, it lasts 50,000 miles only, I'm pissed. I complain.
I eat a steak burger at Burger King, I'm alive at sunrise, I don't complain.
I eat steak at a 5 star restaurant, it's a little dry and overcooked, I complain.

Depends what you mean by "defend". I'm only shopping there because of the 20% coupons
plus 10% Team points. There's no need to defend saving mucho dollars. However, I do weigh in
the potential "hassle factor" each time I order.
