Maintenance to improve cloth walled tires? Tire life extension thread.

I have been known to use wood glue smeared with a paper towel to reinforce the cloth tire wall to my tire, even though some have said it's useless because it's water soluble, I still swear by it. My brother had a bottle of latex he used on the cloth walls to his sew-ups. Any other ideas regarding improving tire life? Any type of tire life for that matter would be helpful!
Sometimes when I'm out doing a shopping run, I'll be offered a free sample (cut of pizza, doughnut, cheezywiz thingy)...little do they know that behind every bite is my gasoline!

Water soluble wood glue would most likely be a waste of time and resources on any tires.
What kind of tires are you referring to? Gumwalls?

I've been known to fill in small holes in the tread with Shoe Goo-type products.

Tire life is a product.. a latex in a evaporative vehicle,
made to apply to cotton casing sew-ups . special order item.

Nylon casing? more practical would be buy builders contact cement , or Barge to repair your shoes ..
it stops being sticky to itself after a while. Ala, if you are using it to glue things together
if you wait too long it cures too much ..

    Cloth tires, not gumwalls.

Like I wanna be riding fast down a hill on tires that have to be glued together.

Or making a corner in traffic.

I found a product on ebay called "Skid Fix". It repairs most bicycle tire damage. It is liquid rubber and it incorporates recycled rubber as a top ingredient. I bought one and it works wonders! It is easy to apply and it is extremely durable. Hope this helps!

Isn't this your product on Ebay? Please upgrade your acct and you can put it for sale but to have it in six of your posts is not kosher. Thank you.
