Rear Wheel Cyclometers for Trainer setup?
Hi, I've been using a very basic trainer setup (CycleOps) and now want to start tracking my rides, speed, etc. I'm not looking for some massive computer setup, unless necessary, just a wireless or wired setup that will track all data from the rear wheel.
I was told CatEye and Blackburn both have a few options, but wanted to check here with some experienced vets who know this realm before I commit to buy.
Any help would be great. I'm a newb when it comes to this topic but learning quickly.

For a cheap wired unit I'm pleased with my Nashbar Tempo Cadence Bike Computer. https://www.nashbar.com/bikes/Product...3#ReviewHeader For $20 you can't beat the price. It is a wired unit with two sensors. One on the rear wheel for speed and distance and one on the crank for cadence. Some of the reviews are negative, but other than a loose battery contact on mine (described in my review on the Nashbar site) I haven't had any problem with mine, and I ride some pretty rough roads.

Cateye Strada (maybe with cadence) is another possibility.

i have my Sigma BC 1609 STS on my rear wheel. It works flawlessly. It has optional cadence but I didn't buy the sensor.
