whats up with these felt numbers?

hey guys, proud new owner of a Felt f96 team garmin bike.
finally was able to get it sized up correctly, put on new fizik tape and some straps and take it for a nice 40 mile ride.
it feels great.
i did have a question about some of the numbering that is on some of the parts, for instance, seat says 1.3, seatpost says 1.4, and handlebars say 1.5.
i was looking to get a nicer seat and a CF post, and while searching i saw that some other felt branded seats have different numbers...so are these associated with weight? or size? or particular model?
any help is appreciated.
here is a picture of my bike

I haven't noticed any of that on my new Felt, but haven't really been looking either. Are they actually "on" the parts or a sticker?
