    Bicycle navigation with Android phone?

On maps.google.com, I can look up directions between 2 locations and click the bicycle icon for bicycle-specific routes and directions.
I'm about to get my first Android phone and found a great bicycle mount on Amazon. Does Google Maps with Navigation (app for Android) have a similar option for bike-friendly routes for turn-by-turn navigation?
    Thanks

On my Droid, Navigation and Maps are (edit: act like, rather) separate apps.

Navigation only does car and walking with voice directions. Walking is often the same route as bike but the estimated time will be way off.

Maps has a bike option and draws the directions on the map and generates a cue sheet.
