I've been cycling in anger now for 3 weeks. I've got through the hugely painful seat bones part and now all is fine. Actually, things are comfy.
I'm getting to the stage now where I'm extending my rides to beyond an hour and I'm getting pretty uncomfy in the saddle, especially as some of my routes involve some very bumpy tracks and even some field paths.
I'm thinking of getting some padded shorts, are they likely to make a difference?
