Can you imagine stopping at a stoplight in your car and this guy stops at the light, right next to your door.

I want to build an army of these, scaled up to full size. They'll be equipped with directional EMPs, and patrols country's roads. Any motorist who drives like a jerk around them, will get their car's electrical system fried.

Robot armies are expensive. Wonder if I could get something going on Kickstarter....
