How much is this bike worth?

It's got multiple front reflectors. That's gotta be worth something. Plus a light of some sort.

That is a modified Electra Rally Sport. The original sells for ~£300 (GBP) thats ~$485 (USD) on a direct currency conversion.
However, looking at the picture above and comparing to other photos online, it would appear that the handlebars, handlebarstem and fenders (midguards) have been changed, bar ends, reflectors and rear rack have been added.
I don't know how much value is added or removed by the changes/additions, nor by depreciation due to age (though it looks relatively new and in good nick).
It all depends on what you value your computer at. If you are looking to sell your PC, and buy a bike, and want a heavy (steel frame) single speed cruiser and your PC is about the same value as the bike its not a bad deal.
But OTOH, if you still want a PC or want a different style of bike, I would give it a miss.

-On the other hand, the common rule of thumb I have heard for computers is that they lose 50% of their value every year. After ~5 years, even a computer that cost $2000 new is worth very little.

^ Macs retain their value quite well. My 2007 $1300 MacBook is worth around $600 and I could sell it for that if I wanted to, but I'm holding on to it for sentimental reasons (it is my first computer).
Unless that frame is special, I'd say that bike is worth around $75 if you're lucky. With that single-piece crankset, it is of relatively low value.

Computers are doorstop wannabes with an 18 month to 3 year turnover to stay current. They're like dime a dozen candy. I've discarded countless worthless ones over the last several decades. I don't even buy desktops anymore, because you can get state of the art I7 laptops now for a few hundred bucks.
Bicycles are very useful works of art that have nearly infinite individual value to the owner as fun or transportation. Not as much now as yesterday but still better than computers. I can't seem to let go of any of my bicycles now.
That particular cruiser in the picture is not my personal taste but I can see plainly lots of addon parts that probably make it a very nice ride.
Just sayin.
