When he was playing for the Mavs, we saw him and his family eating at Uno's Pizza in downtown Fort Worth with is wife and his (two, I think) oldest daughters. It was bizarre when he stood up- he got up to normal "tall guy" height and then went up another foot.

It's so strange when you see these guys on TV and then in person. On TV, they look like normal (sized) people. However, when you see them in person, you start looking for a nearby carnival, or circus, or something.

There's just nothing normal-looking about a human being over 7 ft. tall, I'm sorry....

PS.

I once saw Kareem Abdul Jabaar step out of a van in downtown Cleveland. I felt like I was observing an alien from another planet. I was in complete awe...

News reports say the cops found the bike at the home of a local parolee. He's now charged with a couple of extra felonies.

Cool. Nothing worse than a thief or a tax collector. And they are one in the same.

They are not the same. A thief just takes your things. A tax colletor (IRS) first takes your money, then puts a lien and takes your things, then they try and put you in jail.
