Not aware of consumer heart rate monitor such as you are looking for that can do ekg.
Interested in which HRM's others recommend. Considering getting one myself for training.

Monitors for athletics have a watch band based receiver , and a chest band based transmitter.
But data recording , your own EKG, and stress test might need you going to medical equipment
suppliers rather than running or bike shops.

There are numerous Heart Rate Monitors -- Many bike computers, such as Polar, Garmin and others have HRM. Uploading data after the ride requires a more expensive computer such as the Polar CS500 or Garmin Edge 500 -- there are many others -- around $200 or more.
A personal EKG is another matter. I Googled Personal EKG and found several.

Bradycardia? Most endurance athletes have resting heart rates well under 60. I wouldn't consider myself an endurance athlete per se, but I ride 100-150 miles/wk and mine is often under 50. My doctors have not found this alarming.

last summer i had a crash that i hospitalize for 3day. did a complete cardiac work up. found nothing cardiac wise wrong just the low heart rate. the were ckecking for stroke or seizure.
i was wandering if my low hr could have drop while i was riding to contribute to the crash.
reason i'm questioning about the low hr because i also have trans global amnesia, which is no memory of events on that day only, from that crash.

Garmin has "watches" and bicycle computers that will do what you what and download to Garmin Connect. Plus you get to see where you heart rate was at any given point (GPS data) of your route correlated to speed and even cadence if you want. I have used the older 305 and now an Edge 500 which I really like. Note that the chest strap battery on the Garmins are replaceable unlike some other devices.
I no longer use the HRM or cadence sensors as I had to watch out for AFIB which has been taken care of now.
Just curious why and how EKG/ECG got in to mix as I don't see the OP mentioning the specific need.

@skycomag just thinking how you would hook up all of the leads and cycling with them made me curious. And once you got all the data who would analyze it?
