I just got one of these a few weeks ago and have been training hard. My question relates to the gears.....and races....
I am know where in the ball park with the IFIT races...Seems im about 15 to 20 mph slower than even avg scores.... Anyone know the tricks of gearing on this exercise bike?? I have tried several.....dual cassette and triple up front.... Dual seems faster for down hill...but murder for up hill...

the rear cassette seems to have 6 or 7 options....but i have not noticed much of a change...
