Would you want this bike? (pic)

Looks like fun, but seems like it might be uncomfortable.

I'm never riding a bike again with the bars lower than the saddle, so put me down as a No.

I'd buy it in a flash - if it was actually available!! Sort of figured that the need to adjust seat height for various riders would obviously mean that the seat could be lowered below handlebar height. In this case rotated might be a better description.

But can the bars be raised????

I would go for slid in this context, as it seems the seat post goes diagonally into the top tube (column?)

Softride? Flashback to the '90s.
Could be fun. Would probably sell for good money. I wouldn't turn it down if someone offered it free. I'd probably buy it if it was my size, didn't seem like it would break if I rode it, and it was under $300.

Looks like it might have single-sided wheel attachment. If I were to do that, I'd talk to Rob English, who's built a "real" bike like this, not vaporware:

If all the riding I did was racing, then I might consider it. But since I never race, a much more vertical position is more apropos.

Putting the belt on the outside of the frame is the only way to tackle that problem. I've seen some where you would have to basically disassemble the frame to change the belt. It would also make it easier to build the wheel.

I would get that bike but I would have to do some changes to it first.

Personally I'm betting on dual adjustments considering the amount of other items built-in( dyno, lights etc). My guess is that the pivot at the headtube that is part of the bike's folding functionality can be locked at different points of rotation to custom fit different leg lengths and the reach to the handlebars fine tuned by sliding the seat forward.
