Looking to either get one of these, does anyone have any experience with the company and or these bikes? Quality, craftsmanship?

Anyone know anything about these bikes?

Linus brand, reviews are mixed. Most common complaint seems to be inexpensive fasteners that rust quickly, not as heavily built as some similar bikes. You get what you pay for?

So basically all the hardware keeping the bike intact seems to give quickly?
Also do you have a company to recommend that puts out bikes with this similar classic look?

Pashley

From what I gather is was the fasteners on fender mounts, seat post bolts and the like. The bike(s) in question were being used in the Boston area, pretty much year round. At the time they were being compared to bikes that cost 3-4 times as much, Gazelle, Batavus and Pashley. The more expensive bikes had powder coat over galvanized frames and stainless steel fasteners. I cannot find the review. For the price the Linus bikes are a decent value, I won't be buying one because they don't come in the sizes I would need.
