    Timbuk2 Bags

How do you guys feel about Timbuk2 bags? I used to have one when I was younger, and it was pretty much the best thing ever. I was thinking of getting their double pannier bag because it is just so nice...you can take it off and carry it like a shoulder bag! For those of you who ride for errands and whatnot, what is your favorite personal bag to carry when riding? I want to get another Timbuk2 messenger bag, but I don't really know my options.

I've got one of the medium sized Timbuk2 custom messenger bags, and absolutely love it. I like it much more than my Chrome Citizen. I love that the Timbuk2 custom bags are US made. Very nice craftsmanship.

I saw you on the Timbuk2 facebook, haha. I'm putting it on my wishlist, funds are (always) limited so I might have to convince someone to get it as a present! What style is that? Classic messenger size medium?

I've never owned one, but I'm not that impressed looking at them in person, especially the straps. I've had a Banjo Brothers large messenger bag, and now a Chrome Metropolis. The Banjo Bros was great for the price, but was pretty much ruined after a year of carrying textbooks. (Though with how many of those damn things I had, I'm not really sure there is any bag that could have held up) The Chrome is amazing, very easy to adjust, comfy, and really feels like a quality product.
