What is your favorite aftermarket Cruiser Seat ?
Been shopping for aftermarket seat for my 3 speed Schwinn.
Bought one from Amazon, but still too hard for me.
https://www.amazon.com/Schwinn-Pillow...s=schwinn+seat
Any suggestions?
Thanks, Steve

This is the saddle I have on my cruiser. Once you buy a Brooks (and never let it get wet) you have a saddle for life.
https://www.amazon.com/Brooks-Saddles...rds=brooks+b33
Any saddle from this group will do well on a cruiser..........
https://www.brooksengland.com/catalog...+&+heavy+duty/
Oh yes, don't choose a soft seat for anything more than around the block riding. It takes a firm seat to stay comfortable on a bike.

You gonna eat that?
I like old school. There are the old style Schwinn seats you can buy used:
.
For new, I still prefer old style, like the Brooks B66.

Yes, they do cost more than china junk seats but what you are buying is a handmade (in England) last a lifetime saddle that will allow you to ride in serious comfort once broken in.

Also, you can find Brooks saddles used with lots of life in them. I got this one for a small fraction of what a new Brooks would have cost and it's been great so far.

Interesting comment on my Super Sport.
It was my college bike. Bought used in 1965. And still have it.
What about this saddle? Its a Books B66. More than I wanted to spend...110 bucks..

Funny thing about those Brooks saddles... some people (like me) loves them an others can't stand them. Walmart (god forbid) had a cruiser saddle by Bell a while back that seemed pretty decent, don't know if they stock it anymore or not. Probably not, they seem to carry something until it is gone.
Places to find Brooks saddles inexpensively; Thrift store, clearance boxes at the LBS, Bike Co-ops, Yard sales (buy the whole bike for less than the cost of the saddle) and Flea Bay. FWIW Wallbike has decent deals on Ebay on saddles that have been turned back in under their no questions asked warranty program.

Aside from Brooks, there are other brands of leather saddles to be on the lookout for, like Ideale and Belt.
Otherwise, if you don't have any luck (I don't run into cheap leather saddles very frequently), I've liked the few different Velo Webspring saddles I've tried.
