legs and thighs sore as hell...

after basketball yesterday and a quick ride and climb today.. legs and thighs are sore as hell.

what do you guys eat or do to make it feel better?

usually i'd go out and ride some more and it usually will make it better.. wahaha

i like that... good tip~

well, it's not sore to the point where i can't walk. i was like that after bball game yesterday.. cuz i wore the wrong shoes.. and now i have two black toe nails...

any recovery gel or something like that to help? i'd like to think it's sore cuz my muscles are building up.. wahahahaha...

Drink a protein shake, stretch and do warm up exercise or a recovery ride. Protein helps the body repair the torn(sore) muscles.
