Crashed! Wondering how to fix my bike :(

I was riding home from work today and I was stupid and hit the sidewalk curb, going around 18mph I guess. I was almost parallel to it and I couldn't bunnyhop over it in time. So yeah, I fell and got some decent road rash on my elbow / wrist / hip.

The bike is fine (surprisingly), except for one thing. My right (back) brake lever/hood is bent to the left. How do I fix it? o_o

There is a slot on the right side of it (I am assuming it is STI type) that leads to a hex bolt. Loosen the bolt and re-position the brake hood, then tighten.

I am glad you are okay. Be careful out there.

If it's not STI, squeeze the lever and look into the housing from the front. You'll see an Allen bolt in there, I think 6mm. You may have to loosen the cable at the brake to get an Allen wrench in there and loosen it. Then just move the lever where you want it and retighten everything.

Thanks guys, that should do it. I'll get to it tomorrow :)
