Can someone ID this bike for me?

Thinking of picking it up, but I'd like to know what components I'm working with.

Thanks!

This picture makes me think it's some flavor on department store bike. The frame is crimped together and spot welded. Better bikes have everything welded together.

It is a cheap box store bike, that's why they took the decals off

I would bet a similar bike new would be around $200 or less.
