Bike lockers

I'm looking for any help on researching bike lockers, eg the kind you see at some transit stations and on some college campuses, see google images for examples: http://tinyurl.com/8q53rkw

I'm looking to know who are the best manufacturers, where to buy, recommendations on styles/installation, anything.

I'd be installing them on rental property as a tenant amenity to make it so tenants don't have to lug their bikes from the basement around tight hallway corners. And maybe on my property too.

I posted something in the commuting forum. The amount of brand specific opinions is kind of light. I wonder if a bike magazine has ever done some in depth reviews?
