just spray some WD-40 on it, let it soak for a few minutes, spray it again, then use a brush, scrub, rinse and YAY!!! we have a winnar!! hey red baron, whats the link to it?

oops, that just might be dirt too.. dont think its rust.. simple hose and water with a nice brush will clean it off, simple. 10 minutes tops.
