Unfortunately I bought the one that glows, so it looks real childish. But it works. Helps my right hand which goes numb a lot.

ooo i used to play with these all the time. i thought it was for tennis. didnt know it was for cyclist.. i never knew what it was for tho... but it was fun

I have one, my dad gave it to me for christmas.

It's supposed to strengthen the forearm and wrist muscles so it would help for tennis and biking.

I have noticed a change in my tennis playing. My grip on the racket isn't as wimpy as it was before and I can serve /hit a bit harder.
