Don't they know that overlapping wheels is a violation of paceline rules and very dangerous!

It is not a problem among experienced riders who trust each other and act predictably. I suspect there would be no problem among this obviously expert group.

Except for the guy in second position in the video. He needs to work on his pedaling form.
