I didn't install Quick Time. Don't like Apple. Did you ride today? How's the road condition in NYC? I took a week off from the bike and really want to ride to work tomorrow on my Orbea with a Powertap SL wheelset. Gotto see some wattage on some of the training route I usually take.

Ya I have seen that. Its amazing what they are doing now. All started with nwd 1 to 3 and now has exploded

Still lots of ice on the roads round here in brooklyn, I'm taking 2 weeks off from commuting, I'll probably start again next week after things warm up and the ice melts.
I haven't been able to get any real riding in on my litespeed, just waiting for the spring heh.

yea i've seen that before. those guys are soo cool. i cant even ride down my driveway without falling on my ass. its sooo hard!
