Waterproof cell holster for messenger bag but BIG?

So I have the Chrome cell holder that also holds cards and keys. It was great until about a month ago I got the G-force case for the phone. It is about as bulky as the Otterbox (maybe a bit less so). With some work I can get it both in and out of my holder, but it's not convenient for when I need to grab at it (not while riding, duh). For now, it fits in the chest pocket of my jacket, but come warmer weather I want somewhere to put it where it won't get sweaty. Does anybody have a good holster that is a) waterproof b) attaches to a messenger bag and c) can handle an iPhone in something like an otterbox? I may just end up making my own utility belt, but in the mean time...

I hop you forgot to put an "i" before "phone". Just get a water case for your phone like a lifeproof. It's a whole lot easier to find a good waterproof case than holster.
