Good experience with RibbleCycles. UK

On December 22, 2012, I ordered some Campagnolo bolts from RibbleCycles. The bolts arrived at my apartment in San Francisco on January 3. That's quick service for a Christmas holidays order.

The receipt indicates that my order was filled by one person, then checked by another.

Kudos to Ribble for stocking small parts - gotta love that about the Brits - and for their prompt mailing.

I ordered from Ribble for the first time (front and rear hubs). Great deal on prices but I ordered Dec 14th and still nothing in the mail.

I've several times ordered tires from Probikekit and within ten calendar days they arrive on my door step. Both in England so I'm starting to wonder. Hope it has to do with the holdiays but seems your shipment has arrived, not mine.

I've ordered some tires and components from Ribble and all went well, taking about 2 weeks to get here via the postal service. I've ordered other items from the UK and it's taken similar time. It seems there's often a week's delay (and sometimes more) between the parcel arriving on US shores and it getting forwarded to the final destination.
