Bike Dynamics

Wow This is the kind of infrormation I was looking for!

Now all I need to do is measure stuff out on my bike and my body, plot it on some graph paper. The rest is geometry!
Then I can calculate out how high to put my saddle.

I want your guys' (and/or gals') opinions and experiances on this though too.
Thanks,
-Jonathan

You need somebody to do those measurements while you spin. You need a fitter with a lot of experience. One article about angles isn't going to do it.
