Spin Bike Stationary Bicycle Reviews
Maybe it would be useful to put some quick ratings in the database for those cyclists shopping gyms, spin classes, or fitness stores for riding spin bikes. Here's my two cents:
Lemond Revmaster - Nice classic bike, can spin for hours, OK positions for cyclists, no power meter
Schwinn IC2 - OK, but quality issues perhaps. Cheap clips. Forward down fit could be more aggressive, no power meter.
Free Motion Carbon: Carbon drive is not smooth, it's distracting. Fit is strange, feels cramped. Poor seat. Has power meter. Tough to stay on for more than 40 minutes.
Keiser "3" Series - Some models don't allow forward and back adjustment of the bars, wide Q factor, not for many cyclists..can't get a true riding fit. Perhaps OK for MTB, hybrid riders.

Livestrong Indoor Cycle ["S" Series]: Surprisingly, a favorite. Has drop bars as well as bullhorns, infinitely adjustable, good Q factor. Good seat and pedal clips. Kevlar belt, very smooth stroke..almost too smooth. Unfortunately, computer is so dim couldn't figure out if it did much of anything. Bottles up top out front. Good design, good looker. I could ride it for hours.
