Avg speed, time and distance converted to watts calculator?

Just wondering if anyone knows a good calculator to put in average speed total distance and time to find out watts. I normally ride my rollers when I ride in doors but I just bought a fluid trainer to mix things up. I also use a bodybugg so I am trying to figure out what my watts would be for each ride. Or if I should just go by light pace 100, moderate steady 16-19mph 150 and heavy 20+ 200 watts?

Hills, flats, wind all make a difference. Get a heart rate monitor and use that to judge and compare your efforts.
