ain't no P, ain't no M

There's this wicked video doing the rounds atm of bike messengers racing through NYC in the rush hour. I'd post the link, but I've managed to lose it... duh. Maybe someone else can help out.

Anyway, at the start before the race one of the guys says "chop it up... ain't no P, ain't no M". Don't know if this is messenger slang or what, can anyone tell me what it means?
