    You could make one of those in about 15 minutes. Hobby shops/craft stores sell those plaques, and I have five or six takeoff stems and bars in the garage.

    Modern Art history:
    Marcel Duchamp ready mades in the early 20th century , Bike wheel 1913(its in a Fork standing up in the middle of a Bar-Stool)
    and Picasso's Bulls head 1942, a bike saddle and handlebars .. were both famous and able to fall in that category.
