Just a little rant on Nashbar...I ordered a pair of cool weather gloves and some other items using the W198 coupon the day before it expired. The gloves were clearanced for $19, so with the coupon I got them for $17. They were too small, so I sent them back. The larger size of the same type wasn't available, so I substituted a different type that were still a clearance item for $19.
On the back of the original invoice (where you can mark down your returns and substitution items, I added a note that I bought the original gloves using a 10% coupon and would like that coupon honored for the substitution. Guess what? The cheap b@stards charged my credit card the $2 difference and never honored the coupon. Granted it was only 2 bucks, but I would have been pissed if it was a more expensive item (larger total dollar saving) I was exchanging for and they didn't honor it.
