I got my IRC Metros today. I ordered them monday morning and they arrived @ 2pm today on 2 day shipping. Not a bad deal for 24 dollars total.

Aw what a cute bike, with the tires and the tan sidewall.

Nice fork! What is it, that looks like a good lot of travel...I fall in love with forks very easily :D

Zocchi EXR Pro 100 or 105mm

Sounds good, is it adjustable? What riding are you doing with that....

mostly commuting a bit of curb hopping. I have installed the extra stiff springs...being a big guy it helps prevent bob while pedalling. I dont' do much trail oriented riding...greenways are about as trailish as I get :D

Adjust the preload all the way to the top to prevent bob. Or upgrade to a fork with a lockout.

PWRDbyTRD 02-16-05 11:43 PM

dude...the preload was all the way...and just on the bike I lost 60mm of travel :) I HAD to get the stiff springs. Note how much room is left on the fork.
