Even my dislexic ass can tell that this statement is fulled with grammer problems. Makes me question the validity of the statement. I may not use good grammer all the time, but I at least make sure it's good and what not when makeing an official report to something.

Many Indonesian contact addresses posted on the web are bogus. That's especially so, when there are serious grammatical errors.

Is there a way to report this site as fraudulent? The IP address is based out of Kansas but that's easy to mask

Easiest way is to do a bit of sleuthing.

    1. Visit the site and try to find a physical address via their 'Contact Us' link. Then plug that into your favorite online mapping tool. This will at least tell you if such an address even exists. If no address and just a generic "leave your email w/note and we'll get back to you" form- close the tab/window, because that screams scam.

    2. Visit site and see what brands they carry. Easiest is the bikes- look up the site/shop name in the bicycle manufacturer 'dealer locator' search function- if ain't listed, then contact the nearest importer/distributor for the country in question and ask them. The manufacturer may not be as diligent about maintaining the dealer database, but you know the middleman/distributor will be on top of that kind of info.

    3. Just take a look around the site in question. I just took a look at the 'Shipping & Returns' policy. Some interesting tidbits that raised flags for me:

-Delivery: "All orders will be delivered within 24 - 48 hours upon successful payment confirmation. You should be able to receive your order within 3-10 business days depending on where you are ordering from, excluding Saturday and Sunday." They probably mean shipped within 24-48 hours...
    "
Goods sold are neither returnable or exchangeable", so unless they shipped the wrong item(s), you're stuck with the item(s).

Payment - For this time we just accept : Credit Card, Banking/Wire Transfer, Western Union.
"Please note: Credit and Debit Card payment facility available for Local Customer Only".
    <--That SCREAMS scam to me.
