Shimano 105/Mavic vs. Shimano C 201/Weinmann
Through a series of exchanges and bartering I now have two sets of 700c wheels (front and rear). One wheelset is a Shimano 105 hub with made-in-France Mavic CXP-12 32-spoke rims. The other is a Shimano C 201 hub with made-in-USA Weinmann ZAC 19 36-spoke rims. I've overhauled all hubs with new bearings and grease. They all roll smothly now.
I'm not sure how they compare in terms of quality, strength, etc. I can keep only one of the wheelsets, and I'm looking for opinions in favor of one or the other.
I'll be using the wheelset on a Bianchi Volpe for non-loaded, 90-150 km country rides. Durability and reliance would be more important than speed.
Any opinions welcomed.

Obvious question, perhaps I missed it somewhere, but are the hubs spaced the same? Will they both fit in the Volpe's dropouts?

Yes, I tried both rear wheels, and they both fit. They are both freehubs, and I will be replacing the cassette on the one I choose to keep (so far the Shimano 105 has a 7-speed cassette and the Shimano C 201 has an 8-speed cassette, but changing the cassette is not an issue, even if the freehub body has to be replaced).
