Stolen bike - what to do about it ?
So I guess the lAw of statisticts reared its head and I had my bike stolen (after being punched off and then hit repeatedly by it while on the ground). What is a good "next step" ? I already called cops and will be checking craiglists and let my local used bike stored know as well.
FYI it was in alhambra Cali. And the bike was black Giant escape 2

Do you have the serial number? If so, when you lodge a thorough report with the police, give them the serial number.
Do you have photos of the bicycle, especially some with identifying marks? The police might want copies of those as well.
