Good deal?
I'm new to cycling and went to a local used bike store looking for a road bike. I'm 6'0" will this be a fine size for my height and is this a fair price? https://store.bicycleczar.com/product-p/08130213.htm

Can't speak to the valuation, but did you happen to catch the size discrepancies? The header above the top image states it is a size 56 (iffy for your height) while down in the description it states it is a 52 (too small for you).
