SS build up donations or cheap recommendations

I made this thread in the MTB forum, but figured it'd be good here too.
As cheap as possible I'm trying to build up a beater SS to have in cases where my main bike is out of service....if you have anything I can have, I'll cover shipping, or anything you'd sell dirt cheap please let me know. Thanks!

I have a nice tange sealed headset from an old mongoose mtn bike. what kind of brakes do you need. I have some dia-compe centerpulls and some cheap shimano cantis. either is in good useable condition. also have some older bmx levers that wok with either set up. yours for the shipping
