Spinervals

Ok...so I finally spend the $22 and bought my first indoor training DVD, The Uphill Grind. I did the video yesterday for the first time and really enjoyed it!! It kicked my butt, but I also realize I'm in pretty good shape for spring. I'm sure glad I've spent these months riding to get nowhere.

So, does anybody own/use these DVD's? What are your favorites?

Anybody feel like they are a waste of $$$$??

I have the 4 Aero Base Builder DVDs and absolutely love them. I've done Uphill Grind and it is a toughie! Over in the training forum some of us have posted mini reviews of our Spinervals DVDs. Check it out.
