Blue head wrap advertised on television

There's a product currently being advertised on tv that claims to cool the head down to a temperature of around 59F in the dead assed heat of summer. Has anyone out there in bike world had any experience with this "wonder" product????

...But WAIT, THERE'S MORE....order Now!

The idea is evaporative cooling. A fabric like cotton holds water in its fibers and inhibits evaporation. The fabric those hoods are made of do not hold water in there fibers and evaporation works very well. the reason they tell you to sring it out well and then snap it is so most of the water is in a thin coat on the micro fibers and will evaporate quickly. The effectiveness would somewhat depend on the humidity level. If it is very humid it would not work well. If it is very dry it would. Whether those things actually work in the real world, I really don't know.

I've used them in other areas that I've lived where it got hot and they worked very well. I haven't used them in awhile though as it just doesn't get that hot here in Oregon.
