I love good customer service! Here's my story-
I just got my NY Chain/EV lock from Bicyclebuys.com on Wednesday to find that I had no keys with it (?!). Incidentally, it was the old style lock with the round keyway. Hmmmm. I called them right away and (not sure who I spoke to) they said that it was kinda strange, But they'd send me out a new lock right away-no questions. They also asked me what color the lock was and I told them yellow. Today (friday), I got a new-style black lock from them free of charge!! Awesome customer service, if you ask me. Sadly, it only took me 4 seconds to remove the old lock from the chain with a cheap angle grinder. I expected it to be a little tougher. Oh well......
