Favorite and Best Value Online Bike Gear Sites and Deals

Which are your favorite and best value online bike gear sites, whether cycling specific or not (like Amazon)? Performancebike, Chainreactioncycles, etc.?

Best times of year for sales/deals on them?

Which are your best sources for commodity items like chains?

Some things I'll get from my local shop, but the prices tend to be much higher for gear and accessories.

My favorite is Niagara Cycle Bicycle Replacement Parts | Road Bicylce Parts | Bicycle Repair Parts - Niagara Cycle. They have an incredible selection of parts compared to my LBS. The prices are competitive with other online stores. Sometimes I can sometimes find individual parts cheaper on sites like Amazon or ebay but if you need multiple parts in a single order and are not an Amazon prime customer, the shipping charges can be a killer. Niagara Cycle has free shipping for orders over $100.

Amazon or Niagara for commodity items (many of my Amazon orders are filled by Niagara). Ribble for big ticket items like shifters. Nashbar fills the gap.

An eBay vendor called Abaxo also tends to be a go to for me for "one-off" purchases. If I was to buy a complete bike Performance and bikesdirect would enter the fray too.
