I hit about two hours on the fixed, no freindly street people tonight, but no snarky college kids either. Threatening rain and I overdressed. On the bright side I think I lost about four pounds of useless water weight.

I go through 2 liters of water in 2 hours...and I could consume more, I just don't carry that much.

Rained all day here. Not incredibly hard, but enough to keep you good and wet. I really have to buy some rain gear. The temperature was nice, though, and it wasn't too windy. I got in about 15 miles just doing errands.

My ride on Friday wasn't so bad, temperatures were a bit cooler than i expected with temperatures in the low 40's with a strong headwind, prouducing a nasty windchill.

Everythings blooming here, and the temperatures have been warm, so it's been awesome riding wheather. It rains a lot in the spring, and I know it's weird, but I've always liked riding in the rain,(unless it's the dead of winter, you get just as wet with raingear ON in the South!) I find it really refreshing to ride when it rains, the only thing bad is visibility for cars, but hey, you can't have everything. Pity the poor suckers in Canada, who have to wait another month!

It snowed overnight, but it melted, so a couple neighbors and I used the moisture to work on some of the dirt jumps here.

I'm a big dude, too, TRD. Sometimes when people yell, and I catch up to them getting out of their car later in the ride, I pull over and ask them what their problem is. Most times people kind of stutter an apology.
(Nobody get your panties in a wad, though, I only confront guys, never little old helpless ladies, or anything!)

We rode with some friends on the River's Edge Trail through a snow covered landscape. This time of year the pavement 'burns' dry within a couple of days. It takes a bit longer for the 14 inches of snow to melt off. 40F with 25MPH winds gusting to 32MPH. Was sure better than more trainer time!

Day started out great, nice and sunny, but a chilly 29 degrees. Temps got into the 50's, and bam the rain hit. No ride this Easter for me, but the this upcoming week looks great. Hope I can get some early days at work to go riding.

Not me...but people like Raiyn and Mael and any of the cylesdale riders...you see someone who rides a bike...that means they're physically active, and then you're going to go and start beef with them. I don't think I'd ever want to receive a blow from the leg of a cyclist....that just sounds unappealin, maybe that's why they hide in their cage til you catch up to em
