Merckx corsa 01 frame for general use bike?

Hi, I wonder if you know much about this frame: corsa 01
The size should be fine for me, but what I whant is a general use bike, not only track with slim wheel tyres. Something like 32 or 35 mm rims. One bike I find very nice is the Shand Stoater, but impossible to buy in Spain. I wonder if this frame (merckx corsa 01) would be good or is it exclusive for road bike. I would like A bike that can be used in a dirt track, not mountain bike.

Thanks

That's a road bike frame. From the pics I saw on Google,I doubt it will take tires bigger than 28's. For what you want, you either need a cyclocross/gravel bike,or an older touring frame.
