Merino Wool Riding Jersey

Hey everyone,

I'm currently looking for a Merino Wool riding jersey without a hood, either full zip or 1/4 zip. I'm looking for something I can wear under my waterproof riding jacket for extra warmth once the winter comes. Any info will be much appreciated!

If you're on a budget, then I'd go with a SmartWool zip neck. No pockets, but decently made for the price. If you're willing to spend,Ibex is my fav wool. Check their web specials to save a few bucks.

I know that wool jerseys are discussed frequently in Classic & Vintage. Do a search tyhere and you may find something of use.

Ibex jerseys and tights are my absolute favorite. Very light and comfy, and excellent construction. The only issue I've had is with a 3-year-old jersey where my keys rubbed a hole through the back pocket--easily repaired with an iron-on reflective patch.
