A simple rear rack. Not a full-on touring variety that'll hold a lot of gear and panniers, just a simple bolt-on one (none of those lousy seat post clamp ones) that'll hold about 20lbs. Performance Bike sells 'em for $20-$30 (sale and regular price). I use it and a stuff sack/bungee cord to hold extra clothes/food/water/repair stuff on all-day rides. A handlebar bag to keep a few lightweight things right at my fingertips would be #2 .

I think I did manage to find something similar but it was way too pricey.

As I recall those lights were more to make the biker seen than actually providing any road illumination.

If I had a set of those lights, they would top my list.
They come in different versions as well (blinky/always on/still light when stopped at lights etc) and are ment for city riding - just to be visible and legal. Fines for not using lights at night are quite hefty. I have a set on my everyday bike as well. They can be bought all over the place here in Denmark.
Edit: A set is around 20-40 euro, but on sale sometimes for around 12 euro.

My fav. bike accessory right now has to be Endomondo on my phone - if that counts? Have a monthly distance-challenge with my buddies, and itīs a great motivation to go ride. :-)

These?
Reelight | Creating light

Couple bikes around here with them. YMMV,but I don't find them bright enough for riding in city traffic. They're dim enough that within half a block they disappear among the other lights.

I have seen the Reelights and while I like the concept I agree they get lost in the background pretty quick. The original SL-100 and the SL-200 are mounted too low for good visibility IMHO.

One of the best places I have seen for light mounting is on the helmet. When I see that it is really obvious there is a someone on a bicycle. Personally I mount mine on the bike, but I run at least 2 tail lights, one solid and one flashing. Headlights are solid on, however in low light daytime conditions I may run a front flashing too.

I like this! Never seen one like this. I am always transferring out my wedge bag for short rides for my tools for my trunk bag for longer rides. PIA. This would solve it..just use this all the time.

put some duct tape where the seat bag leather and threads rubs against the seat post. make sure you wrap the leather strap under the seat on the seat rails several times to make it snug. there are fancier nylon options that have more attachment points i have seen at my local bike shop, TTR Bikes, but they are even larger, and don't look as stylish.

I am liking my new cork Ergon grips.
My dynohub/fenders/Orleibs are no longer novelties.

My Incredbell Striker, of course!

Replacing the top cap of my threadless stem, it's a nice-sounding bell that takes up no handlebar space. Mine is brass:
