Decided it was time for some upgrades to my beater bike, I found a TREK 830 the right size and moved my racks, fenders, lights, wheels, brakes, etc. over to it and made some other upgrades while I was at it. Here's the old beater:
and the new:
The old frame will be used for gravel and dirt riding Spring, Summer and Fall and I have another set of wheels with Schwalbe studded tires for Winter riding. It will have some cheap splashguards on it and that's it. No racks, lights or anything.

It was in pretty sad shape but the frame was solid and straight. It rides a lot nicer than the old frame, I have no idea what it was originally.
